What is coaching?
A coach is someone who can help you tap into your inner purpose and passion to bring about a change. Someone who will help you connect that inner purpose and passion with outer goals and strategies to bring about incredible results that are sustainable. If you are looking for someone who will help you unpack your thoughts, define and refine your approach, help hold you accountable to make those changes, and unlock your energy—someone to help you be a better you—then you are looking for a coach!

How does coaching work?
If you find that I am the best coach for you then you can sign up for individualized coaching sessions. Each session is 30-45 minutes in length and can occur as frequently as once a week or twice monthly—whatever works best for you and your schedule. Together we will have conversations around your desires and dreams, where you want to be, and what’s holding you back. We will create opportunities for education, which may include exercises for you to do in between our times together so that you continue to learn and grow.
As your coach I will help you unpack your thoughts so you are able to unleash the Power In You. I will uphold YOUR agenda each and every time we meet.
We can meet over the phone or via Skype and, if for some reason you need to reach me before our next session, you will have access to me via email at no additional charge.

I have an optimistic outlook on life, because I finally figured out what it takes to understand and be connected to my core self. I believe there are five areas in life each of us should really look at to lead a more optimistic life:

These are key areas in my life where I must have balance, and there are three points that are critical to creating and maintaining that balance:

As a coach, I work closely with you, one on one, to go through, look at, and understand each of these areas in your life and how you’re relating to them. We will do this through the use of coaching skills, exercises, and education. Together we will determine how you can start getting an optimum view and optimistic outlook on what life is all about.
